The Charleston-based Oak Steakhouse opened in the Sharon Square shopping center in SouthPark on May 11. The gorgeous restaurant is housed in the 5,219 square-foot space on the ground floor of the Suntrust building, and features high ceilings, wood accents, low lighting and a long bar area.

The restaurant will eventually serve Sunday brunch, and is currently open Monday through Thursday 5 to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 5 to 11pm, and Sunday 5 to 9pm.

The menu features standard steakhouse fare that ranges in price from $12 to $59. Standouts include the $59 12-ounce C.A.B.filet mignon and their speciality “Oak” Burger, a combination of New York strip, filet and brisket topped with grilled onions, tomato, bibb and fontina cheese served on a brioche bun.

The acclaimed restaurant has been recognized as the top steakhouse in South Carolina, and is a fantastic addition to the impeccable dining options in SouthPark.
