Shonn Ross

I've called Charlotte home since 1992, and I've had the pleasure of watching its neighborhoods grow, evolve and develop their own distinct personalities. After beginning my career in the real estate legal field, I became a real estate agent in 1994, specializing in the in-town neighborhoods that first captured my imagination. In 1996, I helped establish Mills/Ross Realty, eventually taking the reins before joining forces with a new partner to create Savvy + Co. Real Estate.

From the beginning, my vision has been to create something a little different: a real estate company where exceptional service, local expertise and genuine relationships come together in a welcoming, creative environment. Savvy was built on the belief that real estate should feel personal, that every neighborhood has a story worth telling and that helping people find their place in a community is a privilege.

After more than three decades in Charlotte real estate, I still find inspiration in the character of our neighborhoods, the people who bring them to life and the possibilities that come with every new chapter. Whether I'm helping someone discover their next home or guiding a longtime homeowner through a sale, I bring the same enthusiasm, experience and commitment to making every move a meaningful one.
